So it pays to have the docs on your side. Both the perinatology team and my OB were upset that they had moved my ultrasound to Friday. They pulled some strings and got me in today. My daughter is measuring at 32 weeks 1 day, which is close to where I am. They estimate her weight to be about 4 pounds 3 ounces, which definitely means she is growing. (She was estimated at 3 pounds 3 weeks ago.) My 24 hour urine showed a mild amount of proteinuria still, about the same as 2 weeks ago. So I continue to hang out here at the hospital...
Another congrats is due to my cute friend Mandy, who delivered her baby girl last night after a very rough couple of days of labor, which ended in a c-section anyway. Briana's and Mandy's babies share the same birthday! It is killing me that I can't go see these little ones. The pictures are absolutely adorable, but I'm sure they don't even do the babies justice!
I also have to pat myself on the back for my guesses on the weights of these babies. I guessed Briana's boy Zander to be 8 lb. 6 oz., and he weighed in at 8 lb. 4 oz. I guessed Mandy's baby girl Evelynn to be 7 lb. 6 oz. , and she weighed in at 7 lb. 4 oz. Not too bad!!

Jami!! Oh My Word!! I am so glad that I just saw your comment on my blog that led me to your blog!! Wow! What a trooper! I am so happy that you and your little girl have hung in this long!! I bet you are SO SO sick of hanging out in bed!! I had to be on casual bedrest for about 2 1/2 months before my girls were born, but really I just had to quit my job and sit as much as possible! So I seriously can' imagine what it has been like for you!! Do you have a name picked out for her?! Your dogs are cute! Should I be honored that you named one "Daisy"?! I will be thinking of you and checking back often!! Love ya tons!!
