Exciting day!

No, there is no baby yet...not from me anyway. I did have an exciting day, though. Briana came and brought me lunch from Quizno's and ice cream from Cold Stone (yummm...a welcome break from hospital food...thanks, Bri!) and then Sarah came to visit with her cute 3 month old son Luke. After that I had a visit from Mandy, and then a visit from my aunt Nancy and my cousin Ashlie (they brought me an awesome raspberry yogurt treat from the Red Mango...might be my new favorite place!).

To top it all off (I tell you, the excitement around here always happens in the same day!), my cute friend called me today and said she was in labor just 3 floors down from me! I was a little shocked...she wasn't due for another 2 weeks. Briana wheeled me down to see her for a minute. (We got a cute picture of our 3 pregnant bellies together...I would post it but I have no USB connection for my camera here at the hospital.) I told her to let us know when that baby arrived. Well, I didn't have to wait long. She delivered that baby girl very quickly, and my sweet nurse and her labor and delivery nurse worked it out for her to be admitted to room 322, which is right next door to me! So I have a friend for a few days! I don't want to take away from her announcing the arrival, so I won't mention names...but it was very exciting for me to have a friend and people I know around here. Congratulations, my cute friend! She is beautiful!
