Way to go, Nastia! You broke the streak of Chinese gold medals in gymnastics! Nastia Liukin put four beautiful and near flawless routines together last night to capture the Olympic all-around gold medal!! Not only that, but the cute and spunky Shawn Johnson, also from the US, had a phenomenal meet as well, earning the silver medal. All I can say is that was awesome...I couldn't ask for a better result!

just found your blog through Lindsay's...this is so fun, i haven't seen you in a long time (i think a wedding shower or something was the last time) you look great and have a sweet baby on the way, CONGRATS!!!
I am so agreeing with you!! I was so excited for the USA to pull the gold and silver metals, I glued myself to the TV fighting every second to stay awake!! GO USA!!
