Naked Chicken

The conversation Anna and I had before lunch today:

Anna: "I want some stripping chicken, Mommy."

Me: "You want what?"

Anna: "Stripping chicken."

Me: "I don't know what that is."

Anna: (insert exasperated sigh) "The chickens that are like nuggets but bigger."

Me: "Oh...chicken strips?"

Anna: "Yes! And some fries and a diet Coke. Does Diet Coke have caffeine? I think so. Caffeine is not good for little kids...only for people."

Me: "Only for people? Aren't little kids people, too?"

Anna: "Well...someday I will be a people. When I grow big. So I want the kids Coke...the one that tastes like Sprite."

Oh, man....this girl cracks me up!
