1 Year stats!

Anna had her one year visit with Dr. Jeff today. She weighed in at 18 pounds 12 ounces (12th percentile) and 28 1/2 inches long (28th percentile). Her head is still huge (74th percentile) but I'm fairly positive it's genetic! Anna did so well with Dr. Jeff. A little wary at first, but she warmed up and made friends quickly. Until the medical assistant came in with the shots...all 4 of them (including the flu shot). It's so hard to watch her get shots right now. She just looks at me and wonders why I am letting them do this to her. Absolutely heart wrenching. After Jill was done, I snuggled her after, then sat her up and gave her the blankie. She had great big crocodile tears (or is it alligator tears??) and then a few sad little sobs. Am I a horrible mother for capturing her pain on photo?Oh, well. Sue me. She's still cute when she is crying.

You are not terrible...just trying to capture every moment in her life for you all to remember...so cute!
By the way, if you do have time, I still need bows! Thanks :)
