Kaydi's wedding book

Wow!! Have I really been absent for 2 weeks??? I'm sorry. Hopefully you haven't given up on me. I finished my big presentation for work and I finished Kaydi's guest book, so maybe I will be able to post more often. (Yeah, right...I hear the nay-sayers out there...)

I promised that I would post some pictures of the guest book I made for my friend Kaydi. She got married a few weeks ago and wanted a scrapbooked guest book like I had done for my wedding. Her colors were charcoal gray and fuschia pink. The book turned out to be fun to make, even though the colors were challenging. Here is a glimpse of the pages. There is a lot of blank space on each page so that the guests could fill in their signatures, messages, etc.

This is the card I made to give her and Scott on their wedding day. Kaydi , you looked absolutely gorgeous, my friend! Your dress was breathless! I hope you two are very happy!

I wish that I had a scanner that would scan 12x12 pages...the pictures just didn't turn out like I wanted them to. Oh well, you get the general idea. I used a shimmery dark pink cardstock and a shimmery dark gray cardstock for most of the pages. Fun to work with, very pretty, but hard to capture with a camera...

I hope you enjoy the pics! Have a great day!
