Scrapbook room nightmare

So has anyone ever found out the magic trick to keeping your craft/scrapbook room organized? It seems like I can clean and organize and rearrange over and over again (more time spent NOT scrapbooking) and the minute I start on a new project it is just a matter of time before the room is trashed again. Maybe it is that fact that I have worked at the hospital over 60 hours a week for the last 2 weeks. Maybe it is a little of my OCD tendencies. Maybe it has to do with the fact that all of the furniture/bedding/stuff that goes in the guest bedroom is currently invading my scrapbook room so that we can remodel. I don't know. I sat down to do some projects tonight, and, lo and behold, here it is 5 hours later and I didn't get a thing done!!

Well, I have to say that one hour of that was playing with my new toy...I finally gave in and purchased a Cuttlebug! Robert's Craft had them on sale for $38 so I couldn't resist. I LOVE it!! How cool is it to dry emboss in no time flat? I love the dry embossed look but have never had the skill to really make it look great. Wow, I am going to have to finish some cards utilizing my new toy!! I will be at the hospital all day tomorrow and Friday, but I will try to post some crafty related items.

On a sad note, my cute 7 month old puppy Daisy had surgery yesterday. She got spayed, had an abdominal hernia removed, and also had about 10 baby teeth removed. My cute husband had to take care of her last night since I was working. She refused to eat or drink anything for about 5 hours after I brought her home. He also couldn't get her to take her pain meds. I was really worried about her, but then my husband got her to eat a few bites of ice cream and drink canned pear juice. She still today won't drink water, but she will drink the canned pear juice. Funny, huh?
